So far, so good. Just purchased a new Tundra. Andrew Akhanon was fantastic to work with. Just went in to look at the 2026 Tundras, ended up driving one home. Jesse in finance was great, but she happened to be the only person in finance the day. Had to wait a while for her to be available.

Marc was extremely helpful in the buying process. He really listened to the things that were important to us and helped us choose a vehicle that was within our budget. I will absolutely be using him again for our next purchase. 10/10 all around experience!

Our amazing dealer, Tracy, and the management team of Eric and Michael at Umansky Toyota were all tremendous in helping us get into a new car that we love! After the car we thought we were buying never ended up showing up at the dealership (lost somewhere in the shipping process!), they all swung into action and got us into a car we were even more excited about the same day we all concluded that the car we put money down on was not coming any time soon. I had a very positive experience with my service advisor (Coley Kuntz). She did an excellent job of keeping me informed throughout the repair process and made sure that I understood what was happening with my car. She even brought out one of the mechanics (I believe that his name was Ace) to speak with me directly so that I could ask additional questions. Further, he explained to me, in detail, what was happening and why it was happening. I really appreciated the opportunity to hear the explanation directly from someone who had worked on the car. Most importantly, both Coley and Ace were very clear on what needed to be done now, and what could be put off for a few more miles. I really appreciated their honesty, professionalism, and willingness to take the time to explain everything. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this service advisor and this repair shop.

Rosario is the best salesman ever! He is very efficient and informative and doesn’t try to add a bunch of random prices on a car very easy to work with!

It’s a nightmare for any parent to have a child, traveling alone far from home, experience car trouble. This happened to us on a recent Friday afternoon when, traveling between upper Michigan and Chicago, our daughter’s Prius broke down on the shoulder of busy I43. She was able to nurse the car into Umansky Toyota where she had the good fortune to be assisted by service advisor Coley Kuntz. Coley deserves a customer service hero award for quickly getting the car diagnosed, service scheduled, and a loaner car secured. Our daughter continued on her way to Chicago safely and on-schedule. Coley exceeded expectations in every possible way—competence, speed, empathy, and Wisconsin kindness. She is a credit to the Umansky enterprise, and we are grateful to have met her. Five plus stars!

I’ve been coming to Umansky Toyota a few years now and have had my ups and downs. I was question going to other dealerships or car services until my experience with Coley. Without question, Coley K is the best/ most helpful service tech I’ve had at any dealership or car service. She is extremely knowledgeable and helpful/ does everything she can to ensure the customer is satisfied and informed while providing fair and correct service. She has saved me multiple trips and dollars by correcting previous mistakes of others and correcting misinformation other service techs advised (including my last visit). I nearly drove off the lot after one tech thought there was quick fix/ notification error until Coley saw me and stopped by and corrected the true issue. No one likes being told different things just to come back in a week for a “new” or “separate” issue you thought was already resolved. Honestly the first time I can truly say I trust a dealership service techs/rep. Coley makes sure everything is done right the first time and takes the time to follow up and breakdown any questions, concerns or paperwork with a friendly attitude and demeanor. Coley is the prime example of the type of person you’re looking for when you come to a dealership and her unfound willingness to aid the customer is what truly sets her apart.

I was shopping around for a 2026 Sienna when I came in contact with Marry, and I am glad that I did. She was very nice, helpful and easy to work with.She was very responsive and took the time to answer all the questions I had. She was able to help me find a Sienna that I wanted with all the accessories that I was looking for. I am very happy with my new van. I have been looking for many years for a Great Deal on a late model 4Runner Limited. Found it here. Gabe the Sales Consultant and Eric the Business Manager were very pleasant, professional and made it happen.

I was really confused showing up here for the first time for a 7am oil change thinking that it would be something like smaller suburban dealerships like Dahl in Sheboygan, but Umansky is far more ritualistic. Coley, my service advisor, did a great job helping me understand their process and was a pleasure to work with.

Friendly, quick, and competent service!

I take my vehicle to Umansky Toyota for my oil changes and routine maintenance. I’ve worked with a lot of different service writers which were all good but I especially enjoy working with Coley. She is very friendly and very knowledgeable about my vehicle and all the services that are needed. We always have a pleasant conversation and she gets me in and out quickly. Coley has been a pleasure to work with and I will continue to go there for service and ask for Coley.

I live in the greater Milwaukee area and I've had my truck serviced at almost all of the major Toyota dealerships around town. My truck is a really well-preserved '04 Tacoma and I've spent a lot of time and money keeping it in good shape. It might just be my favorite vehicle I've ever owned and I'm quite fond and protective of it. Out of all the dealers, I really only trust Umansky Toyota to work on my truck. I've written reviews here before but I wanted to update this one to reflect the incredible service that I received from Coley (service writer) and Alex (service technician) at Umansky Toyota. Coley did a fantastic job quoting out and handling the logistics of rear wheel bearing replacement, tire install, and custom alignment for my truck. She texted me updates every day and kept me in the loop about what was going on during the repair. Her pricing was very reasonable and she did what was reasonable and within her control on her end to get the cost of the job across the finish line for me. Alex did a fantastic job on the repairs. I noticed little touches - he sandblasted and painted my bearing housings, and he noticed that my truck is undercoated/rustproofed and applied the same undercoating to my new backing plates as well. It's the little things like this that have kept me coming back to Umansky over the years. I'd give ten stars if I could, but only five are possible. Thanks again, Coley, and I'll see you and the team over the winter when it's time to replace our aging Prius.
